What 's so special about this variant cover?

This is called the COLOR WASH DRAGON GLASS EDITION '78

There will only be 50 of these ever made.  Each is signed and numbered personally by me.  and comes with a 3x3 holographic sticker.

The process used to create this cover is multimedia.

Drawn by hand on pulp paper,

scanned in 

put into procreate 

then digitally affected 

and colored, digitally 

then printed in non-photo blue to 11x17 Bristol artboard 

and inked with a Winston brush and black India ink 

(like all the original golden age marvel and dc comic of the 60's-80's)

with ink washes added after the first drying, 

painted over in watercolors

rescanned and blended with the digital version of the colors

for maximum texture and detail

the cover shown below is NOT the cover you will get.  It will be a completely different style, very detailed and very rich in color depth.
